Riley Dickson Timmins ON Death: Riley Dickson of Timmins, Ontario has died at age 28. Riley before his death wished to be an to be an organ donor. Riley was such a positive, life-loving person who always supported his friends. Riley worked as a registered nurse in Pembroke, the Heart institute in Ottawa, CHEO, Vancouver and Halifax.

Riley was clear to his family and friends about his wishes to be an organ donor. He saved the lives of five people and his tissue donations would further change the lives of up to 80 other people. He enjoyed hiking, rock climbing, whitewater rafting, wakeboarding, skydiving, downhill and cross country skiing, camping and fishing.

Who Was Riley Dickson?

Riley Dickson, was a resident of Timmins, Ontario. He had hiked to Machu Picchu in Peru, been in the hot springs in Iceland, visited Scotland, Ireland, Spain, Portugal and of course Amsterdam. In only 28 years he lived out most people’s lifetime bucket list. Riley was known for his intellect and humour, but I was most impressed by the way he fearlessly lived, constantly seeking out new challenges both professionally and personally. He was accepted to begin his Masters at Queens University in September, after which he planned to teach anatomy to the next generation of medical professionals.
